About Jenn

Mission and Philosophy

Jenn's goal is to provide high-quality web designs to small businesses and individuals. She believes a solid website needs to be organized, easy to navigate, and project a professional image that is consistent with the organization it represents.

Jenn also believes in treating every client in a professional, courteous fashion. She adheres to a policy of honesty, trust, and understanding. In addition, Jenn prescribes to the idea that clients should never be left in the dark. She is always willing to explain anything technical a client may not initially understand.

Qualifications

Jenn holds both an Associates and Bachelors degree in Graphics Technology from Fairmont State University. She has been successfully designing and maintaining websites for several years.

Jenn also possesses experience in the business realm, which allows her to more effectively interpret and solve her clients' needs. She understands that while a website is one of the most important and prominent tools a business possesses, it is also just a piece of the overall marketing plan.
